Helping you put your best foot forward
You’re at a point where something needs to change, but you’re not fully sure what, or how.
Maybe you’ve been sending your CV and hearing nothing back. Maybe you’re getting interviews but no offers. Maybe you’ve outgrown your role, feel undervalued, or quietly wonder if you chose the wrong path. It’s frustrating, draining, and lonely when you carry these questions on your own.
You’re not the only one who feels this way and you’re not stuck.
Hi, I’m Patrick
I’m a certified life and career coach and I’ve spent 15 years in recruitment, working with SMEs and global companies and placing candidates from entry level to executive roles.
Since 2017, I’ve had thousands of honest conversations with people navigating career change, uncertainty, and pressure.
I’ve seen what works, what holds people back, and how small shifts in approach can open big doors.
The most rewarding part of my work has always been coaching and guiding people to put their best foot forward — and that’s why I created a dedicated coaching practice.
When you give yourself thinking space and the right guidance, decisions feel lighter, interviews feel calmer, and your next move becomes clearer.
More confidence. Better positioning. Stronger results.
My coaching is built around you.
Your story, your goals, your challenges. This is a judgement-free space to think clearly, speak openly, and get support from someone who understands both the hiring side and the human side of career decisions. Sometimes what looks like “the problem” is only a symptom — and once we uncover the real block, progress becomes much easier.
It’s your space and time to …
01 — Talk openly
Talk openly and bounce ideas off someone who has been on the life rollercoaster (thankfully, still on it!) and who has seen what works well — and what doesn’t — for people looking for their first break in the working world or those at executive level wanting to do something different.
02 — Explore
What you think is the problem might only be a symptom of something deeper, might not be a problem at all, it’s just how we’re approaching something. Why not give yourself the time to explore?
03 — Become aware
In a coaching session, there’s no judgement. It’s a free space to get things out, become more aware of ourselves, and understand how we’re engaging with people.
The challenges in life, personally and professionally, never stop — but your approach to them can. Giving yourself some protected headspace in a world full of distraction can have some pretty interesting results.
04 — Set goals and outcomes you’d like to achieve
Learn from the past but don’t focus on it. Set goals and outcomes you’d like to achieve, but don’t attach your wellbeing to them (job title, salary, etc.). Most importantly keep stretching yourself and enjoy the journey.
